Min 3-5 years’ experience in training and development management
Bachelor’s degree in HR/hospitality management/related field essential
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs
Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office/related business & communication tools
Qualified Trainer, Assessor, Assurance
Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills
