Contract Plans: Focus on various contract options, such as unlimited data, minute packages, or roaming plans. Emphasize flexibility, price points, and the benefits for different user types (e.g., business vs. personal).
Device Financing: Discuss options for device financing, often provided through contracts, allowing customers to spread out payments over 24 or 36 months, often with upgrade incentives.
Data and Connectivity: Highlight data plan offerings, mobile hotspots, and how Apple devices optimize for the best connectivity and data consumption (e.g., 5G compatibility).
Support for Carrier Services: Be well-versed in resolving issues like network signal concerns, billing discrepancies, or data usage queries that customers might face, ensuring seamless experiences with Apple devices.
