Technical Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technical Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing new hardware and products, ensuring they operate correctly and safely, and providing essential training and support to users. This role involves hands-on work with equipment, from installation and repair to customer service and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
· Installing new hardware and products while ensuring that they work correctly and safely
· Educating the users about the correct use and upkeep of their products
· Repairing broken-down or damaged equipment either in the field or at a diagnostic and repair center
· Assessing hardware and installation functionality and preparing reports about maintenance and repair work that they have performed
· On the job training for key components and hardware devices
· Handling customer relations in a professional and friendly manner
· Must be able to understand and perform installation, diagnostic and repair issues for all equipment and hardware.
