Role Purpose
Momentum Short-term Insurance is a registered Financial Services Provider. We provide the full range of personal and commercial short-term insurance products and deal exclusively through registered intermediaries. The Lead Qualifier team manager will be responsible for managing a team of lead qualifiers to reach their work outputs.
Requirements
Manage team performance outputs and improve qualifying ratio by means of monitoring, auditing, coaching and effective IR management
Manage lead queues and workgroups to ensure maximum output in the sales environment
Liaise with marketing to receive and supply feedback on lead sources
Maintain open lines of communication between supporting affiliates and partners
Analysis of lead data/processes to provide insights that enable lead effectiveness
Compiling weekly and monthly reports
Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum Matric/equivalent
FAIS accreditation including Full qualification, RE and relevant CPD hours would be beneficial
Previous management experience would be advantageous
Previous call centre experience preferably in a client centric or sales environment
