A Dynamic Communications company is growing and seeking experienced Facilitators/Trainers to join their team in Umhlange, Durban
.Responsibilities:· To support the development & process of training to help delegates apply new communication skills· Facilitating Group and Individual Training sessions· Guiding and motivating delegates towards specific outcomes· Report writing - Mid and Final Feedback reports · Assessing of delegates· EQ - Understanding the dynamics of the Group/Individual Skills required:· Speech & Drama qualification· MUST HAVE ** Minimum 3 years experience in speech & Drama, voice facilitation.· Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English language)· Business writing skills· Client Service oriented· Adaptability· Empathy· Excellent Listening skills· Time management skills· Positive and Enthusiastic attitude· Professional· Confident· Computer Literate· Drivers Licence and Own Transport
