Special Task Coordinator - Port Elizabeth
Region MED > SBU MED Service > Service Operations Planning South Africa
Responsibilities
- Work order context clearly specified, enriched with relevant information and ready to be dispatched to crews
- Customer specifics considered in technical planning
- Technical Support involved for complex questions / requests
- Task list improvement opportunities identified and aligned with Technical Support
- Ordering tools, parts necessary for job execution, as well as additional equipment (cranes, additional external site lighting, Trak, etc.)
- Contact person with subcontractors
- Assigning crew to the job execution
- Scheduling the turbine visits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/Trade Certificate highly preferred in relevant field (i.e. Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Data Analytics)
- 2+ years of related experience within the wind industry
- Project management(preferred)
Competencies
- Technical background with higher complexity
- Ready to read into technical documentations and drawings
- Affinity to work with assumptions and navigate in technical related systems
- Structured and detailed working approach
- Self-organization and good time management
- Technical communication and alignment skills
- System user of MS Office, SAP and Salesforce
- Ability to collaborate with Subcontractors (if relevant)
