Job Purpose

To supervise and organize the Slots Floor through subordinate staff, to the highest standards of efficiency, customer service and security, in accordance with company policies and procedures and Gaming Board Rules and Regulations.

Qualifications

Matric / Grade 12

Minimum Requirements

Three years experience as a Slots Host would be an added advantage.
Must have the ability to work with figures.
Must have the ability to work in a team environment.Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills are required.
Computer literacy would be an added advantage.
Shift work is an operational requirement.
Must be able to work in a smoking environment.

Main Resposibilites

Accurately verify and override progressive jackpots, jackpots, credit wins and special payments
Ensure that all gaming equipment, signage, promotional displays and gaming chairs are clean and functional at all times
Resolve customer disputes, recruit new members, acknowledge Hot Players, monitor beverage and jackpot service requests and inform staff and guests about current and future promotions.
Correct poor performance, evaluate performance, reward performance and assign tasks to Slots Hosts
Accurately complete all admin related to progressive checks, issue of radios, shift allocations, etc
Perform all reasonable requests from management and ensure that all policies and procedures are followed at all times
