Strategic engagement: Assist the development and execution of integrated communication and marketing strategies that align with our CVP and enhance our position as a thought leader in the employee benefits space and support the overall client experience.
Stakeholder communication: Assist in developing and delivering compelling narratives that effectively communicate our CVP to employees, employers, brokers and members to drive engagement and enable informed decision-making.
Content creation and management: Support the development of high-quality content for various platforms, including digital, print, and social media, ensuring that complex information is accessible and simplified for our audiences.
Campaign Management: Assist in the creation and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns that support product launches, employee and client engagement initiatives, as well as financial education initiatives for members.\
Analytics and Reporting: Use analytics and data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of communication and marketing initiatives, continuously optimising strategies to improve outcomes.
Copywriting: Lead copywriting efforts to enhance storytelling, quality control in editing and proof reading of business communication into plain language
Requirements: Qualification and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree / NQF Level 7 qualification in Communications, Marketing, or related fields
5+ years of experience in a communication and marketing role, preferably within the employee benefits or financial services industry
Strong understanding of the employee benefits landscape and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging messages
Advanced computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point), Adobe Creative Suite and Basic HTML coding
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
Experienced in delivering Social Media campaigns
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity
Exceptional collaboration skills with the ability to inspire and unify cross-functional teams.
