Senior Camp / Lodge Manager - Philippolis
High end Game Reserve close to Philippolis in the Free-State is looking for a .Senior Camp / Lodge Manager to oversee small exclusive Luxury Lodge, candidate should have strong managerial, organisational and administration skills, attention to detail and demonstrate a passion for working with guests and providing a world class safari experience.
- Oversee general operations of the Lodge
- Solid technical working knowledge of operations both Front & Back of House
- Strong Food and Beverage management skills
- Guest relations and enhancing guest experience
- General administration
- Organizing training of lodge staff
- Maintain 5* standards for housekeeping and maintenance
- Lodge Manager certificate or relevant Hospitality qualification / experience
- At least 5+ years experience in lodge management at 5* Level
- Drivers licence
- First aid certificate
- Computer skills
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Service orientated
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Excellent people skills and good at heading a team
