Job Summary: Ceramic Industries are looking for a high performing, results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in growing sales and market share of our tile, bath and sanware range within the Limpopo region. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our tile and sanware products to customers, builders, contractors, and designers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of the industry, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers within the region.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including pull strategies.
Provide product information, samples, and training at store level as well as end users.
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. factories, marketing, logistics).
Manage sales territory and customer database.
Provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license
Extensive travel within the region
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Four (4) + years of sales experience in the tile or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of tile products and industry trends is advantageous.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office and SAP.
Ability to lift and transport samples (if required).
