As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading our efforts in the township market. Minimum Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Conduct thorough research to understand the needs, preferences, and buying behaviors of township merchants
Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
Sales strategy development
Develop and implement effective strategies specifically targeted at the township market
Monitor sales targets and performances against business goals, adjusting strategies as necessary
Marketing campaigns

Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that reflect cultural relevance and appeal
Relationship building

Team leadership
