What You Will Do:

Working on PC and our customized CRM system to perform your tasks.
Generate interest in our products and services through sales driven communication.
Achieve sales targets using your skills and training.
Provide potential clients with specific information and monitor market trends.

Skills & Requirements:

Essential: Strong mathematics background.

Essential: Professional English communication skills and proficiency in at least one additional language.
Preferred: Experience in cold calling and sales
Preferred: Minimum education: High School (Grade 12) or NQF Equivalent.
Preferred: Clean criminal and credit record.

What We Offer:

Competitive base salary with performance-based bonuses and commissions.
Starting basic salary of R5,000, with potential earnings up to R30,000 based on new business acquisition.
Uncapped high commission
Great office environment, with monthly incentives on offer.

Skills Assessment:

Candidates selected for a screening interview will complete a numeracy and brokerage cognitive assessment.
Successful candidates will undergo training and further assessments to evaluate numeracy, communication, and sales skills.
