We are looking for an enthusiastic restaurant manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be fluent in English, have had at least 2 years experience in a similar management role, have their own transport and will be an allrounder, hardworking and motivated person who excels at: - Organising & supervising shifts, ensuring appropriate staffing levels whist service standards are achieved- Strong leadership skills and willing to lead by example- Immaculate presentation- Sound knowledge of food and wine- Service & Menu Knowledge with a focus on training their FOH team- Opening and closing of restaurant / daily procedures, cash ups, compliance checks- Ability to work well under pressure- High attention to detail and good organisational skills- Complete daily, weekly & monthly stocktakes- Daily ordering, in line with stock par levels, invoice capturing- Focussed approach to managing weekly and monthly COS targets- Staff rostering and monthly wage cost within specified range- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene and health & safety- Effective communication between BOH and FOH teams- Must have own reliable transport- Salary to be discussed during interview Job Type: Full-time Experience:
