Restaurant Assistant Manager
Established KZN South Coast holiday resort is looking for a restaurant Manager. Candidate must have proven experience in restaurant management of at least 5 years. Must have ability to manage complete restaurant operations, be experienced in stock control, purchasing, costings, staff management, and be computer literate (including GAAP). Candidate must be energetic, hardworking, dynamic, a team player and passionate about the hospitality and restaurant industry. If not living in close proximity, Candidate must be willing and able to relocate. Market related salary offered.
