RESIDENT LODGE MANAGER NEEDED FOR LUXURY GAME LODGE IN BELA BELA! ️

Kendrick Recruitment is searching for an exceptional Resident Lodge Manager to lead operations at a luxury game lodge in Bela Bela! Your Role in the Wild: As the Resident Lodge Manager, you’ll be the face and driving force behind the lodge’s success. You'll lead a dedicated team across all departments—from front office to safari and everything in between! ️ You'll ensure that guests experience the ultimate getaway while maintaining seamless operations and driving revenue. Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Lead day-to-day operations across all lodge departments
✔️ Develop strategies to boost revenue, occupancy, and guest satisfaction
✔️ Create a positive, team-focused work environment
✔️ Monitor guest feedback and ensure every stay is memorable
✔️ Oversee budgets, control costs, and achieve financial targets
✔️ Build relationships with guests, suppliers, and business partners
✔️ Ensure compliance with industry regulations and health standards
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role in a lodge or hospitality environment
✔️ Strong experience in Food & Beverage
✔️ Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences
✔️ Outstanding leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
✔️ Knowledge of hotel financials and revenue management
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in hospitality (preferred but not essential)
✔️ Proficient in industry-specific software
