This individual will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company’s products or services. The Digital Marketer will play a key role in enhancing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads and customers. Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including planning, budgeting, and executing across all digital platforms (social media, search engines, email, etc.).
Manage social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Twitter) and execute both paid and organic campaigns to increase engagement and following.
Optimize website content and structure using SEO best practices to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
Develop and implement email marketing campaigns, including automation, segmentation, and performance tracking.
Create and manage paid advertising campaigns (PPC) on Google Ads and Meta.
Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, using data analytics tools like Google Analytics, and adjust strategies as necessary.
Identify best ways to utilize AI for automations and improved customer experience.
Qualifications
Degree or extensive study in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing with a comprehensive understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, paid ads, email marketing, and content marketing.
Hands-on experience with Google and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
Proficient in using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
Experience with marketing automation software (e.g., Go High Level).
Excellent understanding of social media platforms and strategies for both organic and paid campaigns.
Strong content creation skills.
Basic graphic design skills, with familiarity in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Highly motivated, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
