Proposal Manager-MEP (Data Center Experience)
.We are looking for a Proposal Manager with expertise in MEP services for data centers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing proposals that effectively communicate the company’s capabilities in data center projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop competitive and compliant proposals that meet client requirements.

Pay: R120 000,00 - R150 000,00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full proposal process, from reviewing RFPs to submitting final documents.
- Collaborate with technical teams to gather the necessary information for proposal development.
- Create and coordinate detailed MEP-focused proposals for data center projects.
- Ensure proposals are aligned with company objectives, budget, and client specifications.
- Track proposal status and manage deadlines to ensure timely submission.
- Review and analyze RFP requirements, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and tailor proposals accordingly.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in proposal management, specifically in the MEP and data center sectors.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and data center infrastructure.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple proposals and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of pricing models and contract terms within the construction and engineering industry.

- Midrand, Gauteng: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
