Project Manager / Director - MEP (Data Center Experience)
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Director with a strong background in MEP services and data center construction. The successful candidate will lead and manage all project phases, from design to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires extensive knowledge of MEP systems in mission-critical environments like data centers.

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: R150 000,00 - R200 000,00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of MEP-focused data center projects.
- Manage project teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Coordinate the design and installation of MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and data center standards.
- Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Liaise with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns or requirements.
- Conduct regular project reviews and make necessary adjustments to meet milestones.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP project management, with at least 5 years in data centers.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in managing large, complex projects.
- In-depth knowledge of MEP systems and data center infrastructure.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP or similar certification is preferred.
