Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Solar PV Project Manager, who is able to manage Solar PV projects within our execution team, from development phase to handover phase. In this stimulating role, which has excellent scope for growth, you will be responsible for driving outputs relating to project development, including procurement, construction, commissioning, and the final completion phases of the project lifecycle in our commercial & industrial solar systems. Thereafter, the functions shift to the operations and maintenance team. With a wide range of responsibilities, this role also includes project budget and planning responsibilities, internal tracking, communications with our management team, assisting with any business development requirements, and client relations and communications, to ensure that our products and service remain world class. From time to time, you will get to assist the engineering team with completing designs of the renewable energy systems which you would then manage. An in-depth understanding, and staying up to date with solar industry trends is also essential in this fast moving and dynamic industry. Responsibilities and Duties
Owner of project budgets and must be updated for weekly reporting
Project scheduling

Project scope of works development and management
Project contracts management
Project logistics management
Project equipment ordering
Project installation quality control
Project Health and Safety responsibilities
Project commissioning leader
Client liaising and relationship management
Technician management (allocated to your project)
Subcontractor appointments and management
Assess and accept engineering designs
Design of Solar PV energy systems
Assist with any operations and maintenance issues on all sites under SLA with NSE
Development of department tools and documents
Development & delivery of project handover documents to client
Ensure all ISO9001 and ISO45001 compliances are met during construction
Feedback project learnings to the Engineering Department ensuring continual improvement
Handover system to O&M department as per handover procedure
A minimum qualification of N.Dip Electrical, Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, Civil or Structural Engineering
