Poultry - Primary Processing Supervisor
We a poultry processing facility in Stutterheim, are looking for a Primary Processing Supervisor.

Duties:
- Record the time of arrival of the live birds on the company time sheets
- Ensure the crates are weighed upon arrival by the staff and record the outcome.
- Ensure that the temperature of the boiler is correct at 53,2 degrees and report any problems to the maintenance manager.
- Ensure that the workers are offloading the live birds from the trucks in a safe and gentle manner.
- Guide the EV, Halaal and Receiving supervisors in the performance of their duties and ensure that the various sub-departments are performing adequately.
- Carry out disciplinary action to receiving staff when necessary.
- Ensure that the receiving staff washes their boots and hands every hour.
