Are you friendly, helpful, and eager to create memorable guest experiences? We are looking for a dedicated and personable Porter to be the welcoming face of our hotel. If you take pride in providing excellent service, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:

- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and offer assistance with luggage and any needs at the hotel entrance.
- Escort guests to their rooms and ensure they feel welcomed and informed during the rooming process.
- Assist reception with various tasks, including delivering newspapers, faxes, and other items to guest rooms.
- Perform general delivery and collection duties throughout the hotel.
- Help maintain cleanliness and order in the reception area.
- Provide assistance with hotel services, such as waitering in the lobby or public areas when required.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating effectively in English.
- Able to stand for extended periods.
- Courteous and approachable with a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus but not essential. We are happy to provide training to the right candidate.
