Nelspruit Area – Mpumalanga: Our client is looking for a Packhouse Manager to join the team.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant qualification in Agriculture/ Business Development/Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- 5 – 10 years’ experience in a Packhouse Manager role or similar role within the food, beverages, or manufacturing facility
- Knowledge of BRC, HACCP, SIZA, and Global Gap Accreditation
- Excellent leadership and people management skills – practical experience in handling people at all levels and a strong record of achievement through building successful teams.
- Able to work in a highly competitive collaborative market space.
- Can-do attitude – results driven and able to implement operationally.
- The ability to plan and execute in a structured manner is essential.
- Be prepared to work long hours and overtime.
