- Open SA Citizens with minimum 3 years Hotel/Catering Management and preferred to EE candidates
- Administration
- Client Liaison
- HR/IR related work
- Financial Management
- Food production and service
- Hygiene & Quality Standards
- Management of Human Resources
- Purchasing & Stock Control
- Self-Management
- Systems and Controls
- Attributes and Competencies:
- Calculation
- Conceptualisation
- Conflict Resolution
- Negotiation
- Feedback to Head Office and externally
- Self-Motivation
- Time Management
- At least 3 years of a Management level in a Lodge, Hotel, Resort or Catering Firm
- Financial Knowledge ( Minimum 3 years )
- Food Preparation Protocols
- At least 3 year F&B experience in the hotel catering field
- Driver’s Licence
- Diploma in Hospitality Management
