Brahman Hills is calling for an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our dynamic team and take the lead in delivering the renowned Brahman Hills Experience.

As the Hotel Operations Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring that every guest experience is nothing short of extraordinary.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all hotel operations, including Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Wedding Operations.
Train, mentor, and develop staff, ensuring a high level of expertise across all departments.
Lead and inspire teams to maintain exceptional standards and service delivery.
Ensure smooth and seamless coordination across all departments to deliver the Brahman Hills Experience.
Manage guest relations, ensuring every guest leaves with unforgettable memories.
Focus on operational efficiency while maintaining high levels of service and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of experience in a similar hotel operations role.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Strong background in Food & Beverage operations with a passion for customer relations.
Proven ability to train and develop staff, fostering a positive and motivated team environment.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive under pressure and manage the demands of hospitality hours.

What We Offer:

Starting salary: R35 000 per month
