Prepare and manage Month end and opening procedures.
Supervise the day-to-day operations .
Compile monthly management report by 5th of each month.
Consulting with auditors external and internal about queries to audit to ensure no re-reporting of audit.
Lead monthly meetings with staff to provide feedback and to address departmental concerns, processes and ensure staff are kept up to date with any changes in the institution that might affect them.
Aid and ensure that all staff is trained.
Conduct a formal performance review with all staff and agree with staff a developmental plan.
Take personal responsibility for correcting problems: Gives responses to customer’s questions and follow-up their inquiries, requests, and complaints within 48 hours.
Maintains clear timeous communication of any changes that might take affect.
Always displays a positive and professional image and attitude to the staff, composure in demanding situations.
