We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our hotel group in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities, rooms department, housekeeping, and general hotel operations, along with project management skills
This role requires excellent organisational abilities and a proactive approach to maintaining high standards across all departments.
Description

Coordinate daily operations across facilities, rooms, and housekeeping departments.
Assist in project management and implementation of operational improvements.
Monitor and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
Collaborate with department heads to optimize workflows and resolve issues.
Oversee inventory management and procurement processes.
Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
Facilitate communication and coordination between departments.

Profile

Experience in facilities, rooms, housekeeping, and hotel operations.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
