Squirt Cycling Products is a manufacturer of premium, bike care products.
Our main aim is to make high quality, original and environmentally conscious consumables that simplify bicycle maintenance and prolong the lifetime of certain bicycle components to provide a carefree riding experience.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
We are looking for someone to assist our marketing and production teams in their daily tasks.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Marketing
1. Email communication with events and sponsored athletes
2. Email communication with Suppliers (branding, clothing, etc)
3. Keep marketing related spreadsheets up to date.
4. Packing stock for events when required (prize hampers, event stock, etc).
Production
1. Stock control and issue
2. Assist with stock take
3. Send/receive parcels to/from couriers
4. Basic bookkeeping of stock
Job Requirements:
1. South African citizen
2. Bilingual proficiency (English/Afrikaans) both in writing and speaking
3. Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc)
4. Good manners and etiquette in emailing and personal interaction
5. Diligence
Formal Education & Certification:
Matric certificate.
Preferred qualifications:
1. Valid driving license
2. Experience in bookkeeping (XERO software)
3. Experience in stock control

• Occasional attendance of events.
• Working hours - Monday to Friday 07:30 - 16:30 at factory (George Industria).
