Work Experience in one or more of the following Specialties:
- Lecturing experience in Statistics/Mathematics
- Work experience as a statistician (e.g. STATSSA)/in a business-related field
- Quantitative research with a strong emphasis on statistics.
- Technical Skills
- Effective classroom management skills
Ideal:
- Honours degree in Statistics/Econometrics to a third-year level
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics/ Econometrics to the third-year level PLUS either an MBA or a postgraduate diploma in business or education
- Honours in one of the Business-related fields (e.g. economics, entrepreneurship, risk, supply chain, or project management) – with Statistics/ Econometrics to a third-year level
- Please note that this is an independent contractor (IC) position.
- A vacancy for only one module (Statistics) is available.
- This module is for 2nd year Bachelor of Commerce students
- Please note that lectures take place between 08:20 and 16:45 on weekdays.
- Classes are conducted face–to–face on campus.
