We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Laser cut Operator to join our project driven team at CFAM. CFAM design, manufacture, install and commission food and feed extrusion plants and related equipment. We established ourselves as a leader in twin-screw extrusion and related technologies.

Schedule jobs on the machine using cost saving method
Organize workstation and manage workflow to meet the production goal
programs, set up, operate and maintain the laser cut machine
Monitor the laser cut machine during operation
Make adjustments to the speed and intensity to meet the requirements of the parts
Check all parts for quality, accuracy and precision
Package and label the finished parts and update the Jira system
Monitor sheet metal, gas and consumables stock levels
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot laser cut machine issues.
Keep the records of each production
Assist with other profiling department duties where needed
Qualifications
Grade 12 (Matric)
2-3 years of experience operating CNC laser cutting machine

Self-motivated with a desire to learn quicker and grow
Ability to stand for long hours
Forklift license (advantageous)
