Job Summary: Deliver the client KPIs through effective in-store execution and building strong business relationships with store owners and their managers; effective management of a team. Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:
Drive Sales
Drive ad hoc promotions / deals/ campaigns to increase sales
Negotiate space based on rate of sales
Develop alternative strategies to increase sales
Ensure timely implementation of promotional activities and communicate non-compliance
Training of instore teams
Ensure teams are scheduled accordingly and executing work as per requirements
