JOB PURPOSE
To resolve Debtors and client queries, always ensuring high collection level within the set parameters of the Debt Collection Act, National Credit Act and Company operating procedures.

Pay: From R5 000,00 per month

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Matric qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in debt collections as well as customer support management with overall performance score of no less than 85%.
- Understanding and implementation of business requirements as well as client requirements.
- Working knowledge of South African regulatory and legal compliance requirements.
- Working knowledge of MS Office especially Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook.
- Ability to function within any Inter department within the Resolutions team.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
- Customer Centric
- Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and energetic.
- Self-driven and self-motivated.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Team-player.
