JOB PURPOSE To resolve Debtors and client queries, always ensuring high collection level within the set parameters of the Debt Collection Act, National Credit Act and Company operating procedures. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Matric qualification is mandatory.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in debt collections as well as customer support management with overall performance score of no less than 85%.
Understanding and implementation of business requirements as well as client requirements.
Working knowledge of South African regulatory and legal compliance requirements.
Working knowledge of MS Office especially Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook.
Ability to function within any Inter department within the Resolutions team.
