What is required: The HR Administrator plays a pivotal role in offering exceptional support with HR policies and procedures, employee relations, engagement, skills development, benefits, and wellness. Additionally ensuring flawless management of employee files and adherence to legislative standards for a thriving workplace. Minimum Requirements:
Applicable tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Organisational / Industrial Phycology
People Management
Computer literate with strong MS Office experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same or similar position
Familiar with all Human Resources legislature and amendments
Familiarity with Sectoral Determination 6 and 14 advantageous
Familiar with PSiber / HRIS systems (highly advantageous)
