Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent (Non-Negotiable).
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of working experience in HR, with at least 2 years as an HR Business Partner (Non-Negotiable).
Strong labour relations experience is essential, including handling CCMA representation (Non-Negotiable).
Prior experience in the construction industry is advantageous.
Experience with HRIS systems, with Zoho People being advantageous.

Above-average Microsoft Excel skills (Non-Negotiable).
Duties and Responsibilities 1. HR Administration and Record Keeping:
Maintain and update employee records, ensure accurate data entry in HR systems, and ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
2. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
Collaborate with managers to manage end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding, ensuring a smooth integration of new hires.
3. Labour Relations:
Handle disciplinary procedures, grievances, and employee disputes. Represent the company at the CCMA at both conciliation and arbitration levels, ensuring compliance with labour laws and effective dispute resolution.
4. Payroll Support:
Collaborate with the Group HR Manager to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, capturing HR-related data, and resolving payroll-related queries.
5. HR Statutory Compliance and Reporting:
Prepare and submit statutory reports such as Employment Equity, BBBEE, and Skills Development reports. Ensure that the organization remains compliant with all HR-related legal requirements.
6. HR Policy Development and Implementation:
Assist in the creation, socialization, and enforcement of HR policies, ensuring they align with business strategies and legal requirements.
7.HRIS Management:
Maintain and manage HR records using HR Information Systems.
8.Performance and Probation Management: Support managers in implementing performance management processes, conducting performance appraisals, and developing performance improvement plans. Oversee probation management, ensuring timely feedback, evaluation, and decisions on employee probation periods. 9.Employee Engagement & Wellness Initiatives:
Assist in executing employee engagement programs and wellness initiatives to improve workplace morale, productivity, and employee satisfaction.
