Our client, a Luxury Game Lodge in Sabi Sands, is seeking an experienced and well-rounded HR administrator to join their team. The main purpose of the People (HR) Administrator is to support the People Manager in implementing the people strategy and the effective management of people-related activities.
Requirements
HR Qualification is preferred
2 – 3 years experience in HR in a 4- or 5-star lodge or hotel essential
Experience in recruitment and onboarding
Experience in HR-related administration
Sound knowledge of labour law and disciplinary procedures
Passionate about staff and the local community needs
Personal values that include fairness, integrity, ability in being non-judgemental, and being able to maintain confidentiality of information
Empathetic in nature with a real concern and care for others
Ability to work independently
Accuracy and attention to detail
Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Understanding and managing a computer system in particular MS Word and Excel as well as Sage VIP
