Kendrick Recruitment is Currently Seeking Guest Service Coordinator
The Guest Service Coordinator to oversee the guest experience in the restaurant, bar, and lounge areas of a prestigious lodge. If you have a passion for hospitality, leadership, and ensuring world-class service, this role is perfect for you! You’ll manage daily operations, stock control, and coordinate seamless service between the kitchen and front of house, all while delighting guests with exceptional service and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
The Guest Service Coordinator to oversee the guest experience in the restaurant, bar, and lounge areas of a prestigious lodge. If you have a passion for hospitality, leadership, and ensuring world-class service, this role is perfect for you! You’ll manage daily operations, stock control, and coordinate seamless service between the kitchen and front of house, all while delighting guests with exceptional service and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee restaurant, bar, and lounge operations
- Manage stock, equipment, and service presentation
- Ensure guest satisfaction and handle complaints promptly
- Train staff to maintain high service standards
- Coordinate with the kitchen for smooth meal service
- Uphold food and wine service excellence
- Proven experience in Guest Relations/Restaurant Management
- Excellent communication and hosting skills
- Wine and food knowledge with upselling ability
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Driver’s License
