We are an advertising agency, specialising in the marketing of shopping centres, seeking a guest relations officer at an upmarket shopping centre in the Chatsworth area, overseeing the information desk from Mondays to Fridays.

Must be admin savvy and well organised
Must we available to work over weekends and public holidays

Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:
Directing customers around the shopping centre
Serve as the primary point of contact for the shopper/public
Assist shoppers with information pertaining the shopping centre
Protect the day-to-day operation of the business by preventing security-related factors that can cause business interruption
Serve shoppers with gift cards, queries and assistance where needed
Respond to emergencies (medical and other) by calling emergency responders such as ambulance service, fire department or law enforcement
Undertake other general duties to provide support to centre management and shoppers as directed
