GRADE "R" HEAD / Christian Pre-School Principal - Durbanville Church

REQUIREMENTS
  • A pre-school qualification / Grade R degree with at least 3-4 years’ experience in a Senior / Management position
  • A strong & faithful church going Christian who knows Jesus as Lord and Savior
  • Demonstrates a love for children and a natural passion for ECD
  • Able to provide Godly counsel with children and parents on a daily basis - A Prayer Warrior
  • Fully Bilingual in English & Afrikaans with excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Strong sense of business with a sales & marketing focus and an eye for detail
  • Highly Computer Literate with strong Administration Skills
  • An innovative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills & a strong work ethic
  • Able to collaborate with others and delegate tasks with ease
  • Strong Planning, Organizational and Management skills
  • Knowledge of Western Cape Education Department framework & requirements
  • CEMIS training for online management of the school, including subsidies


ADDITIONAL INFO
  • 11 Pre-school teachers with 80 – 100 children from Babies to Grade R
  • School hours from 07h00 – 14h00 and aftercare until 18h00
  • The school operates under the governance of the Church Leadership
  • Salary range R apply below – R apply below depending on qualifications, skill & experience
  • Screening & interviews commence 18 November 2024
Located in the heart of a residential community in outer Durbanville, this Church Pre-Primary School offers Christian-based learning and development for all ages from babies, toddlers to Grade R.
