General Manager
- Direct and coordinate production pricing, sales and distribution activities
- Oversee development of plans, process improvement and performance monitoring
- Assign work schedules and duties to direct reports
- Review financial statements, sales and performance data to endure goal achievement
- Identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements
- Implement departmental goals, policies, and processes
- Oversee staffing, training, and address HR issues in coordination with HR
- Ensure compliance with regulation, legislations, and policies
- Maintain sound employee relations and productive work culture
- Ensure efficient service delivery and resolve operational problems
- Translate business plans into actions to achieve sales and revenue targets
- Manage and develop sales executives, ensuring client satisfaction
- Formulate and implement client strategies to meet sales goals
- Provide input for and approve annual budgets
- Control all departmental resources within budget guidelines
- Compile and resent budget reports to the MD
- Oversee revenue expenses as well as cashflow management
- Degree or Diploma within Logistics industry
- Degree or Diploma in Financial Management or equivalent
- Minimum 8-10 years' experience in a similar position
- Minimum 8-10 years' experience in Financial Management
