AC Direct is the largest supplier of Air Conditioning products online in South Africa and also offers a wide range of other products. We have offices and warehouses throughout the country. AC Direct is a part of a group that has been in the industry for over 40 years. The position currently available is the role of a Customer Liaison and Sales Agent and daily responsibilities will include the following: Duties include:
Scheduling and Co-ordinating deliveries
Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information over email
Optimizing operations to maximize efficiency & profitability
Generate revenue from up selling & cross selling
Manage sales related enquiries over email and phone call
Keeping up with product and service information and updates
Upselling products and services
Explaining product features and benefits
Qualifications & Experience:
Applicant must have proven experience in the sales and customer service field
Skills & Attributes:
Must be good communicators in English and Afrikaans
Must have outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, both verbal and written.
Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
Excellent phone calling skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Strong listening and sales skills.
Must have a valid South African driver’s license
Must be able to travel and work in the Randvaal, Gauteng area
