We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven team player with exceptional creativity and a passion for design, art direction, and popular culture. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of evolving trends in design and social media, consistently striving to create innovative work. They need to work proactively on their own initiative, be highly organised, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role involves designing and developing digital content for Flash’s digital channels, including animation/motion graphics and video editing, and working on a variety of creative assets.

Responsibilities:
Design and develop digital content for web and social media, including animation/motion graphics and video editing.
Conceptualise and execute all branded communications, from static design to moving images.
Work to briefs and deadlines, delivering high-quality assets promptly.
Obtain sign-off/approval before finalising artwork.
Adapt and roll out approved concepts across various media platforms.
Ensure artwork is correct and supplied in the right formats/sizes/colour platforms.
Manage multiple briefs simultaneously.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create agile solutions for creative output, including planning and prioritisation.
Lead a team of creatives, working with designers and writers to conceptualise and execute impactful campaigns.
Contribute to the education and inspiration of best practices in digital and social-first solutions.

Minimum requirements:
Tertiary qualification in art direction or related fields.
Eight or more years of experience in digital design and art direction, preferably with agency experience.
Proficient in In Design, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Experience with After Effects is desirable but not essential.
Skilled in designing for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Twitter, You Tube, and Linked In.
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, After Effects), Keynote, and Google Docs.
