Sweetheart of the Rodeo is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support the Creative Director. This is a seasonal position with the possibility of extension, and we are hiring immediately.

Sweetheart of the Rodeo is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support the Creative Director. This is a seasonal position with the possibility of extension, and we are hiring immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day administrative tasks
- Running errands as needed
- Coordinating staff communication
- Scheduling meetings & taking meeting minutes
- Assisting with recruitment when needed
- Supporting marketing tasks, design tasks and social media community management
- Getting involved in planning and executing events
- Contributing creative ideas and building on fun, new concepts
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience in Adobe Suite is preferred but teachable
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- A creative flair with the ability to generate and develop exciting ideas
