Claims Negotiator
As a Liability Claims Negotiator, you will play a key role in ensuring fair and efficient settlement of liability claims, while maintaining professionalism and integrity throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:

- Negotiate 3rd party liability payments according to legal principles using all necessary and approved methods.
- Conduct relevant telephone communications for Liability Claims.
- Regularly follow up on Liability Claims to ensure timely resolutions.
- Analyze and review Tracers reports to assess claim status.
- Provide regular and timely updates to Management.
- Work with 3rd parties and insurance companies to negotiate claims, subject to management approval.
- Escalate unresolved claims to Management or nominated persons for further determination.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all follow-ups are documented in the system.
- Liaise with clients and third parties to facilitate claim resolutions.
