Certified information Systems Auditor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) to join our audit team. As a CISA, you will play a key role in evaluating the effectiveness of our information systems and technology controls, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits of information systems, applications, and infrastructure to assess control effectiveness
- Evaluate IT governance, risk management, and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Identify and document audit findings, recommendations, and action plans
- Collaborate with management to implement corrective actions and monitor progress
- Develop and maintain audit programs, procedures, and documentation
- Stay current with industry trends, threats, and technologies
- Provide guidance on IT audit best practices and standards (e.g., COBIT, ITIL)
Requirements:
- CISA certification
- 5+ years of experience in IT auditing, risk management, or related field
- Strong understanding of IT controls, risk management, and auditing standards
- Proficiency in audit tools and technologies (e.g., ACL, IDEA)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Relevant industry experience and knowledge of regulatory r
Job Type: Temp to perm
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: R700,00 - R1 200,00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
