CTC R25, (depending on experience), plus commission, (Commission not capped).

Responsibilities:
New Business Sales: Sales Consultant to sell the Rational and I-Vario brand only.
Chef qualification and or experience will be beneficial. Must have sales experience in capital equipment. Willing to travel.
Sales and Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the food service industry.
Generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations of Rational equipment to potential clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, chefs, and kitchen managers.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and the competitive landscape.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets.
Monitor and report on sales performance, market feedback, and customer needs.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
A degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Proven sales experience in the food service industry, specifically with kitchen equipment, is highly desirable.
Experience with Rational products is a significant advantage.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain complex kitchen equipment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Self-motivated, proactive, and results oriented.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events.
