Bookkeeper (Payroll / Creditors) required in Plettenberg Bay.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have a Grade 12 Certificate.
- Minimum 3yrs experience in a Financial environment.
- Financial Software Packages: Excel, Pastel and Payroll.
- Reliability and trustworthiness are essential.
- Be fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
- Must have accommodation in Plettenberg Bay.
- A valid driver’s license and own car.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Salaries, Payroll, PAYE, Excel Spreadsheets.
- Creditors: Capturing and matching of Invoices and do reconciliations.
- Full Function Bank and Cashbook Reconciliations experiences are required.
- Enter computer entries fast and accurate and do VAT calculations for monthly VAT submissions.
- Wages and calculating time sheets.
