Syndicated Finance - Product Manager
Job Description:
- Support and execute all syndicated loan transactions, including the preparation of term-sheets and information memorandums, etc.
- Management of the primary distribution process, including roadshows, documentation and investor clarifications.
- Prepare institutional marketing materials, including pitch-books and ad-hoc reports.
- Build close relationships with key lenders and maintain an updated investor database.
- Work closely with the coverage team to structure and provide viable financial solutions to the bank’s clients under the steering of the Team Lead.
- Close monitoring of key market deals and news and provide timely updates.
- Minimum 5-years experience in the syndicated loans / corporate banking market.
- Possess strong business acumen and experience in dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
- Acute awareness of loan market trends and investor credit appetite.
- Proven ability in executing end-to-end processes of syndicated transactions and secondary trades.
- Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills.
- Robust financial analysis and modelling skills with intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.
- Able to communicate with headquarter counterparties in mandarin
