Senior Account Executive
Description:
Requirements:
- Full set of accounts including GST
- Able to do Payroll / CPF / AIS submission
- Assist in preparing balance sheets / audit schedules
- AR / AP / Bank reconciliations
- Familiar with local banks' ibanking payments process
- Able to deal with auditor and complete statutory audit Assisting with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with at least 3 years working in Singapore
- Familiar with accounting softwares such as Xero, Quickbook, Autocount
- Familiar with CPF submission system, IRAS filing system especially GST
- Audit experiences is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese due to Chinese clientele
- Willing to learn and good problem solving skills
- Strong analytical abilities and good communication and negotiation skills
