Responsibilities
Reporting to the Partner/Manager, you will have hands-on involvement in managing restructuring and insolvency activities for new and existing clientele. This will entail various modes of Liquidation, Judicial Management, Receiverships, Scheme of Arrangement and individual bankruptcy amongst other responsibilities
You will also be exposed to ad-hoc projects undertaken by the department like crisis management and other corporate advisory activities
You are expected to be versatile, to have the desire to excel in a fast-paced working environment as well as to be proactive in managing clients and problem-solving
You should be prepared to work accurately under time pressure and manage multiple commitments while displaying excellent interpersonal skills and confidence when interacting with others
In addition to the above, lead consultants should be equipped with the ability to lead and execute engagements independently with minimal input from the Partner/Manager while providing guidance to team members
Requirements
A degree or professional qualification in accounting
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
Relevant experience is a requisite for the lead consultant role
