Deal Advisory Consultant
Responsibilities
You will be given the opportunity to be a part of our deal advisory team that provides transaction advisory solutions such as due diligence and valuation.
You will be given the opportunity to be a part of our deal advisory team that provides transaction advisory solutions such as due diligence and valuation.
Contributing directly to the development of proposals for current and prospective clients
Performing in-depth client, industry, market, and competitor research
Due diligence for both buy-side and sell-side transactions
Providing valuation analysis across various industries using accepted and relevant approaches and theory
Develop appropriate financial models and document findings in a clear and concise manner
Communication with clients to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service
Requirements
Ideally a degree in Accounting/ Economics/ Finance or Engineering
An advanced degree in financial engineering or related fields is a plus
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
Excellent written/ verbal communication and collaboration skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment with all levels of personnel
