Production Supervisor (Medical MNC)
Our client is a Manufacturing MNC, one of the leading players in the pharmaceutical sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Production Supervisor to be part of their Production team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the North.

Roles and responsible of Production Supervisor:
- Ensure production area safety and discipline, and support Health and Safety initiatives.
- Oversee daily tasks of operators and maintain discipline and 6S standards in the production area.
- Coordinate production activities based on the production plan and track progress.
- Drive department performance to achieve KPIs such as material accuracy, efficiency, and productivity.
- Provide quick feedback and troubleshooting, escalating issues as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to address product defects and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Manage resource allocation, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation in production processes.
- Suggest improvements to optimize production lines, increase efficiency, and reduce waste.
- Supervise and support team members to meet goals and company standards.
- Participate in and promote company programs and activities.
